Nathaniel Adams is a CohnReznick tax partner with more than 15 years of public accounting experience. He provides income tax compliance, income tax planning, and business consulting services to a wide variety of clients in industries that include affordable housing, commercial real estate, real estate syndicators, management companies, individuals, and not-for-profit organizations. Nathaniel specializes in the Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), Section 45D New Market Tax Credit (NMTC), and the Section 47 Historic Tax Credit, along with other tax credits for the real estate industry.

In addition to leading CohnReznick’s National Tax Incentivized Committee, Nathaniel supervises and reviews the tax return preparation process, working closely with team members to achieve client goals and objectives. He is a member of the firm’s National Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Council.
