As a member of the Restructuring and Dispute Resolution practice, Kenneth (K.P.) Brockman has over 10 years of financial advisory and consulting experience. He provides complex remedies analysis, litigation support, forensic investigations, and supports expert witness services in high stakes litigation involving public and private companies, private equity firms, state and federal governmental agencies, and multi-national corporations.

Conducts investigations into the pre-petition activity of companies; analyzes and quantifies potential causes of action, including actual and constructive fraudulent transfer; and delivers comprehensive reports of findings to help companies determine the appropriate path forward
Supports all stages of complex commercial litigation including discovery, deposition preparation, document review, development of facts and theories of damage, quantification of damages, and expert reports and testimony
Has served as an arbitrator in a commercial damages dispute under the American Arbitration Association
Has guest lectured at Georgia State University’s College of Law on bankruptcy matters, complex reorganizations, accounting for lawyers, and damages
