Kevin Hubbard has over 20 years of public accounting experience advising both public and privately held companies on a wide range of financial matters, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, and private placements of debt and equity. His leadership experience includes serving as Office Managing Partner for a regional firm and as Regional Managing Partner and Natural Resources Practice Leader for a top 10 accounting firm. He has extensive knowledge of exploration and production (E&P), oilfield services and equipment, terminal and pipeline companies. His industry experience also includes manufacturing, distribution, and private equity.
