Formerly served as the Inspector General for the School District of Philadelphia; in this role, she expanded staff from 2 to 11; managed a $1.6M annual budget for investigations involving fraud, corruption, waste, mismanagement, and criminal activity; established OIG standards, policies, and procedures; sourced and deployed first case management system; developed and introduced district-wide anti-corruption ethics training, resulting in a 300% increase in workload and significant cost savings; and created a contract compliance division within the OIG.

Advised the Mayor of Yonkers, NY as Public Safety Policy Advisor; in this role, she instituted policies for disability, retirement, sick leave, and overtime for police and fire personnel, reducing sick leave and overtime by 25%

Served as the NY Inspector General for the New York City Department of Investigation, overseeing investigations and operations for multiple NYC agencies, including FDNY and the Department of Corrections
