Dennis Park

Dennis Park is a tax partner with more than 15 years of experience in accounting. His diverse background includes partnership real estate taxation, Opportunity Zone funds, affordable housing, low-income housing, and historic tax credits.

Dennis serves developers, syndicators, investors, and private equity funds in the affordable housing, multifamily, and commercial real estate industries. His involvement in low-income housing tax credits includes tax credit projects, deal negotiations, cash flow planning, and deal structuring involving developers, syndicators, equity partners, and local and statewide housing authorities. With his in-depth knowledge of existing and proposed tax law, Dennis provides tax planning strategies that include exit strategies and liquidation analysis in the real estate industry.

Dennis is involved in several of the firm’s national committees including the Tax Incentivized Committee and the Affordable Housing Leader Committee. He helps to develop policies and procedures across the firm.
