Colin Rosenberg is a partner in the National Tax practice with more than 15 years of experience. He works closely with client service partners and their engagement teams to guide them through complex pass-through entity transactions and issues.

Certified Public Accountant
Works closely with clients and their council on transaction tax planning including structuring reorganizations, buy/sell transactions, business formations, and liquidations
In conjunction with tax planning, reviews transaction documents and partnership/LLC agreements to ensure that the economic and tax goals are achieved
Identifies issues and viable solutions to protect clients’ interests, optimize tax results, and advise clients on risks
Frequently involved in producing and teaching national and local firm tax technical trainings focused on partnership taxation and tax planning concepts
Prior experience includes serving as a tax advisor for a large range of clients from small closely held businesses to large national companies in the real estate, construction, manufacturing and distribution, and financial services industries
Previously served as the tax advisor to the high-net-worth individual business owners
