Chris Aroh’s primary focus is working with private equity, venture capital, and SBIC organizations, providing fund level audit and tax services. Throughout his career, he has also worked with manufacturing and distribution companies, many of them held by private equity groups. Chris has extensive experience in the implementation of new accounting pronouncements and financing alternatives and is often called upon to consult on technical accounting and auditing matters for clients.
