Anna Kamenova has spent over 25 years providing valuations of portfolio companies for financial reporting, tax, and advisory purposes. Serving private equity, venture capital clients and other investment firms, her valuations focus on business, intangible assets, stock compensation, hybrid securities, and derivative valuations for public and private entities.

Extensive experience performing valuations of complex capital structures, derivatives, preferred equity, common stock in privately held companies, management incentive plans, performance-based and market conditions, convertible bonds, derivative instruments, and contingent assets and liabilities
Valuations cover a broad range of industries, intangible assets, and complex financial instruments for financial reporting (ASC 350, 360, 470, 815, 820, 825, 805, 842, 946) and various tax purposes under GAAP and IFRS standards

Prior leadership experience in the valuation practice of a Big Four firm where she prepared valuation analyses for financial reporting and tax purposes, authored internal valuation white papers, and trained valuation specialists
