Alex Morgan is a partner in the Tax practice who has served in public accounting since 1999 working with both publicly traded and privately held companies ranging in size from start-up businesses to companies with global operations. His areas of focus include federal and state tax planning and consulting, federal and state tax compliance, and accounting for income taxes under ASC 740.
