Experience and credentials
Collaborates with senior team members to develop and evaluate transaction structures, provide tax compliance advice, analyze tax credit recapture or tax-loss reallocation issues, evaluate syndication options, and model financial projections
Specific expertise in areas including the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), tax-exempt (private activity) bonds, federal and state historic tax credits, and the federal New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) Program
Previous experience as a consultant to Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), providing guidance on NMTC financing
Additional previous experience working as a project manager for a multi-family housing developer and in asset management at a large, national syndicator of LIHTC properties
