Builds financial models for purposes of budgeting, forecasting, projecting cash flow, and scenario planning.

For real estate businesses, has reviewed and prepared complex accounting and tax returns and managed year-end planning for partnerships, corporations, closely held businesses, and high net worth individuals using a variety of software solutions.

For not-for-profit organizations, has managed engagement teams and client staff with emphasis on Federal award accounting and adherence to GAAP and 2 CFR 200.

Has advised on complex compliance matters related to 1031 exchanges, cost segregation and analysis, capital gains structuring, maximizing accelerated depreciation rules, and many other key issues.
