New York, NY — September 1, 2026 — CohnReznick, a leading professional services firm, today announced that Robert Weaver has joined as Transaction Advisory Services Partner in its New York City office. Weaver brings more than 25 years of extensive accounting and finance experience, including over two decades dedicated to mergers and acquisitions, advising private equity and corporate clients across the industrial, consumer, and business services sectors.

Weaver advises clients throughout the transaction lifecycle on critical financial, valuation, and deal considerations, including quality and sustainability of earnings, normalized working capital and debt-like considerations, synergy realization, projections and divestiture exit readiness. His transaction experience spans strategic add-on acquisitions through multi-billion dollar carve-outs involving international operations.
