Henn joins CohnReznick as Tax Partner

New York, NY – June 3, 2024 – CohnReznick LLP, one of the leading advisory, assurance, and tax firms in the United States, today announced that Robert Henn, CPA has joined the firm as a Tax partner in its Private Client Services practice. Based in Los Angeles, Henn focuses on helping clients navigate transaction structuring tax requirements to meet their strategic goals.  

Henn has extensive experience advising clients within the financial services and real estate industries, including private equity. His real estate and construction background comprises project underwriting, financing, and asset acquisition and disposition for retail, office, and mixed-use facilities. His broader transaction experience includes acquisition, dispositions, and multi-state operations as well as business succession and family estate planning.

Before joining CohnReznick, Henn was a partner in a major accounting and advisory firm.  

He earned an MS, Accountancy, and BSBA, Finance, from the University of Nevada – Las Vegas and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
