Mansour joins CohnReznick as Tax Partner

New York, NY – June 3, 2024 – CohnReznick LLP, one of the leading advisory, assurance, and tax firms in the United States, today announced that Michael Mansour, CPA has joined the firm as a partner in its growing Tax practice. Based in Los Angeles, Mansour specializes in accounting for income taxes, providing corporate compliance along with advisory services to clients in a range of industries including cannabis, manufacturing & distribution, consumer products, and technology. 

Advising both publicly traded and privately held companies and working closely with management and specialty tax teams, Mansour’s extensive experience in accounting for income tax under both ASC 740 and IAS 12, advisory and compliance helps clients identify tax opportunities such as of tax credits, accounting methods, revenue recognition, revenue sourcing, nexus determination, transfer pricing, tax analysis for entity selection, and net operating loss integrity via ownership shift.
