Lucas is a CEO, and his organization has expanded their portfolio and won new work with the federal government. Winning this new work has brought up some questions/concerns regarding how Lucas could appropriately expand his organization from a predominantly commercial organization to one that will support both commercial and government business. Lucas is interested in understanding options for structuring his organization to support the different sets of customers and compliance requirements his organization is now responsible for.
