Stephen Mancini is a senior manager in CohnReznick’s Technology+ practice where he advises clients in a broad range of industries on strategic growth and operational optimization initiatives. A former entrepreneur, Stephen leverages this perspective in working with clients to bridge the knowledge gaps between business and executive leadership, helping them realize their business goals.
Stephen works with the firm’s Transaction Advisory, Restructuring and Dispute Resolution, and CFO Advisory practices to help businesses improve performance and execute major growth initiatives. His diverse industry experience includes manufacturing, professional services, real estate, retail, technology, cannabis, renewable energy, and hospitality. As the hospitality industry lead for CohnReznick Advisory, Stephen leverages his deep industry expertise to provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership for the practice.
Before joining CohnReznick, Stephen co-founded The North Group, an award-winning and nationally recognized hospitality management firm based in New York. In his role as COO, he assisted consumer facing businesses with business strategy and operating model development, product development, operational risk mitigation, and other strategic initiatives. His clients ranged from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and startups. Prior to this, Stephen spent almost a decade working with Danny Meyer at Union Square Hospitality Group helping to create and grow properties such as Union Square Cafe, Gramercy Tavern, Maialino, Eleven Madison Park, and The Gramercy Park Hotel Rooftop.
Stephen guest lectures at Cornell University, Johnson School of Business, where he teaches entrepreneurship and business management.
