As Chief Application Architect for CohnReznick Real Estate Advisory, Sandy Sparks helps clients employ best practices in the design, configuration, and deployment of core financial systems, integrated software solutions, consolidated investment reporting, and job cost controls. With more than 30 years of experience managing and improving real estate financial processes, she has led more than 100 system implementation projects on behalf of major U.S. and international commercial real estate organizations.
Sandy joined CohnReznick Real Estate Advisory, formerly NOI Strategies from rCash, Inc., a subsidiary of Yardi Systems and formerly Realm Business Solutions, where she led product support, processing, and implementation teams. Her responsibilities for top-tier commercial real estate clients included annual rent collections exceeding $6 billion and invoices exceeding $2 billion. Prior to Realm, Sandy coordinated construction projects across the United States for Mutual of New York, serving as national construction controller for its ARES subsidiary. She developed an internal job costing program that interfaced with the accounting system and implemented controls to prevent cost overruns.
