Rich Mirliss is a Managing Member and Consulting Practice Leader of Consilium Partners and the Corporate Infrastructure Advisory group. He brings over 20 years of commercial real estate, consulting and banking experience to Consilium Partners. Rich helped re-launch Consilium Partners in 2018 with the intention of better integrating the areas of finance, taxation, management and corporate infrastructure consulting to enhance decision-making processes and create greater optionality for clients. He has helped build Consilium Partners into a national advisory platform.
Rich has done corporate infrastructure strategic planning for some of the world’s leading corporations. A partial list of Rich’s clients have included Nestle Nutrition, Citigroup, McKinsey & Company, Whole Foods, Marathon Petroleum, LNR, Intel, NICE Systems, Avaya, Inc., Spear Street Capital, and QTS. Many of these clients have benefited from his strategic planning and analytical advisory skills. His extensive analytical background in both real estate and financial services has enabled him to develop a robust process and perspective in advising clients in creating strategic solutions.
Prior to joining Consilium Partners, Rich ran a global multi-faceted advisory team at Colliers International. Rich previously served as Managing Director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, where he also led a diverse advisory team for eight years. Before that, he was a Vice President at Citigroup, where he was responsible for the sourcing and structuring of new business opportunities and vetting acquisition options for the Consumer Bank.
