Director, Digital and Technology Consulting
Reed Dailey serves as a Director within the Technology and Digital Advisory Practice. In this role, Reed advises clients on how to leverage digital technology to maximize operational effectiveness, reduce time to market, and achieve organizational goals. His areas of focus include digital strategy, CMO and CIO advisory, rapid prototyping and visualization, digital content creation, digital content management, and system selection.
Prior to joining CohnReznick, Reed was a Digital Practice leader at Cognizant Business Consulting, where he was responsible for top-line growth through digital capability enhancement in the communications, media, and entertainment industries. In this role, he was instrumental in designing and building a mobile-first national knowledge hub for one of the nation's leading communication companies in support of its field services organization.
At Capgemini Consulting, Reed led a series of digital transformations for the C-Suite where was chiefly responsible for designing a future-state capabilities roadmap focused on new lines of business, servicing the customer, and reduction in operational spend. He managed the launch of 100+ app titles for a major domestic carrier, yielding 500+ million downloads as well as designing bespoke mobile apps in the retail and life science industry.
