Mike Bisson, CPA, is a Partner in CohnReznick’s New York office with over 14 years of experience. He provides audit services to clients in the affordable housing and not-for-profit industries. Mike works primarily with affordable housing developers, affordable housing management companies, not-for-profit and for-profit owners of affordable housing entities, and 501(c)(3) service organizations. His areas of expertise include HUD audits and compliance work, the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), and working with entities through both the development and 15-year compliance period.
