Karl Kleinert leads the Client Relationship Executive (CRE) and Business Development (BDE) teams across CohnReznick. He has more than 25 years of executive leadership and sales management experience, having worked for large public companies including IBM and Lenovo and served as the CEO for a privately held Managed Service Provider that was sold to a Private Equity backed TPM company.
As the leader of the firm’s sales and business development organization, Karl is responsible for driving new logos and expanding service penetration to the firm’s existing clients and ensuring a high performance sales culture across the firm, with highly trained and experienced client relationship executives.
Active with companies of all shapes and sizes, Karl also invests and advises start-up companies and serves as a mentor for the Gener8tor incubator. Karl is active with a number of non-profit organizations, currently serving on the Ohio Advisory Board for the Trust for Public Land and as a past President of the Board for the Cleveland Christian Home.
