Joshua Yeargin is a partner with more than 20 years of diverse experience serving clients in the areas of federal, state, and international income tax. Based in the Los Angeles office, Joshua focuses on the multidisciplinary tax needs of global and multistate companies in the emerging and middle markets.

Developed significant industry-specific knowledge, which provides him a unique perspective and an in-depth understanding to the challenges his clients face
Has managed tax research, planning, consulting, and compliance projects for large and middle market companies, both privately held and publicly traded, as well as high growth start-ups
Has extensive experience with complex corporate structures with international and multi-state operations and with providing support for mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions
Strong background in financial accounting with extensive experience in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and related SEC reporting, as implementing the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley 404, and accounting for uncertain tax positions (FIN 48)
Prior to joining CohnReznick, spent time at national and regional public accounting firms as well as with several large publicly traded companies
