Extensive experience in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, structuring engagements, incentive and partnership allocations, and equity and debt valuations of public and private investments inclusive of portfolio companies
Knowledgeable in waterfall and distribution models, purchase accounting, and managing international audits involving foreign subsidiaries
Additional experience includes advising clients ranging from $25 million of Assets Under Management (AUM) to those with more than $5 billion of AUM
