Gregory Chin is a partner with CohnReznick Advisory’s Transactional Advisory Services Practice. Based in the Boston office, he has more than 27 years of experience in finance, auditing, and managing the transactional advisory services practices of national and global professional firms.
Before joining CohnReznick, Gregory served as the New England regional leader of a large, national firm’s transactional advisory practice. He led buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements on behalf of financial and strategic buyers and sellers and was responsible for client and engagement management as well as business development.
Gregory has served as a director and managing director for the transactional advisory practices of a Big 4 firm, a global consulting firm, and a global business advisory firm. During this time, he conducted financial due diligence engagements that included buy-side and sell-side transactions in the technology, software, pharmaceutical, consumer products, chemical, manufacturing, and retail industries. In addition to managing the client relationships throughout his engagements, he analyzed portfolio company performance focusing on liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and financial projections. He also oversaw a team that identified over $8 million in favorable working capital adjustments in connection with a client’s sale of a large electronics retailer.
