Erin Todd is an assurance partner at CohnReznick with extensive experience providing audit and accounting services to real estate and financial services businesses. These include private REITs; real estate investors, developers, and operators; real estate funds; mortgage lenders; and mortgage servicing companies. Erin also has experience with compliance and reporting requirements for non-supervised title II HUD lenders and GNMA, Freddie Mac, and FNMA issuers, as well as reporting requirements and test work required by the Uniform Single Attestation Program and SEC Regulation AB.
Erin consults with her clients throughout the year on various technical issues they may encounter, advising them on the proper accounting treatment and practical application, as well as providing accounting and industry topic trainings both internally and externally.
