Eric Bernbach is a business development and client relations executive for CohnReznick’s Global Consulting Solutions and Value360 advisory practices. In this role, Eric introduces public and private companies to CohnReznick service offerings that can help them solve complex issues during times of transition, growth, opportunity, or crisis.

Eric has advised thousands of C-level executives in areas involving the capital markets, corporate governance, investor relations, and ESG. Before joining CohnReznick, he spent more than 35 years in various client relations and business development roles in the financial industry. He was most recently with Nasdaq as a client relations and business development leader and, before joining Nasdaq, worked in the private banking group for a large commercial bank.
