Advises clients throughout the entire life cycle of a New Markets Tax Credit transaction, helping them navigate the many programmatic requirements of both the IRS and the U.S. Treasury’s CDFI Fund
Member of dedicated practice group in the Mid-Atlantic region
Conducts external training on numerous community development related topics ranging from basic deal structures and flow of funds to current legislative updates and best practices for maintaining compliance with evolving U.S. Treasury and IRS regulations
