Alfred Olivares has nearly 20 years of business and technology transformation experience with expertise in lean, program management, and project management. As a director with CohnReznick Advisory’s Technology and Digital Practice, he helps global clients enhance operational processes, in part, by conducting strategic action planning through qualitative analysis and lean management techniques and identifying key indicators for performance improvement.
Al is a lean and Six Sigma manufacturing expert focused on delivering significant cost reduction and process improvement results. His breadth of knowledge includes supply chain transformation, procurement, and he has worked extensively in FDA-regulated domains including life sciences, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. His industry experience also includes oil and gas, industrial and diversified manufacturing, and aerospace and defense. Al has extensive experience with Oracle projects including managing full lifecycle global implementations and executing expert budget planning and resource allocation for not only Oracle products but also Model N project delivery. By strategically leveraging people, processes, and technology, he is able to effectively transform operations and deliver results that increase revenue and reduce loss.
Before joining CohnReznick, Al worked for a global consulting and managed services organization as a director and leader of the Health Sciences Practice. In this role, he managed an $85 million P&L and led the company’s Oracle Solutions Practice focused on IME, LS, and HC. He also provided steering team oversight for the delivery of key health science accounts.
