Based in CohnReznick’s Parsippany, NJ office, George Sparacio provides a broad range of tax services to multi-national corporations. As a leader in the Firm’s Federal Tax practice, his areas of experience include multi-state planning and compliance and federal consolidation rules. He advises clients on both domestic and international tax issues.

For the majority of his career, George has provided tax planning and compliance services to middle market and Fortune 1000 companies. He is well-versed in the challenges of family businesses and has in-depth transactional skills which have translated into significant savings for his clients involved with mergers and acquisitions. He has also played a key role in training and educating CohnReznick’s tax services staff.

George has lectured for the New Jersey and New York State Societies of Certified Public Accountants, Institute of Continuing Legal Education, and the Foundation of Accounting Education. He has also been an instructor at Raritan Valley Community College.
