As Chicago Office Managing Partner, Prato oversees strategy, client service delivery, talent development, and operational performance, with a focus on growth across real estate, renewable energy, financial services, and other key industries. 

Prato has more than 20 years of public accounting experience and serves as Commercial Real Estate Industry Leader for CohnReznick's South/West region. He provides audit, review, financial reporting, and other client services to commercial real estate owners, operators, developers, hospitality owners, and real estate investment funds. 

Over the past five years, Prato has helped expand the industry sectors served by the Chicago office, including helping build its commercial real estate practice into the office's largest industry segment. In addition to his professional leadership, Prato supports the community by coaching youth baseball in Elmhurst and through charitable and philanthropic organizations, including the Charles Tillman Cornerstone Foundation, where he recently joined the board.
