Of the 18 women included on the list, Robbins Huddleston is the only one from the accounting profession.
According to the publication, the honorees of Mergers & Acquisitions 8th annual Most Influential Women in Mid-Market M&A list all have significant influence inside their companies and in the wider middle market dealmaking universe. They also have demonstrated an ongoing commitment to advancing the state of women in financial services.
In addition to her work in CohnReznick’s transactions practice, Robbins Huddleston was named co-leader of its Manufacturing & Distribution Industry practice in December 2022. She has over 22 years of experience in financial due diligence, restructuring, cash flow budgeting, financial auditing, internal control evaluation, and business process improvement, with deep expertise in the M&D industry. In her current role, she leads buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements with strategic and financial buyers for private and public companies in the middle market.
