Kunal Bhatt joins CohnReznick as Transaction Advisory Partner
New York, NY — September 24, 2026 — CohnReznick, a leading professional services firm, today announced that Kunal Bhatt has joined as Transaction Advisory Partner, based in New York City.
Specializing in the consumer products industry, Bhatt will work closely with private equity sponsors, strategic buyers, and business owners to help them evaluate opportunities, navigate risk, and create value throughout the transaction lifecycle. He brings more than 15 years of transaction advisory experience, including financial and operational due diligence, quality of earnings analyses, comprehensive working capital analyses and target calculations, and carve-out divestitures.

Bhatt has advised clients on approximately 1,000 transactions over his career, with enterprise values ranging from $5 million to $2.5 billion. He has served clients across a range of industries, including consumer retail, food and beverage, restaurants, digital marketing and advertising, pharmacy benefits management (PBM), consumer products, manufacturing, and distribution.
Prior to joining CohnReznick, Bhatt was a Partner at a leading professional services firm. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Binghamton University.
