    InfrastructureDC selects CohnReznick 

    InfrastructureDC (IDC) has engaged CohnReznick to conduct a project delivery and governance study at Washington Union Station to identify the most advantageous operating model for project oversight, implementation, and financing for the Washington Union Station Expansion Project (USEP). The USEP represents the most significant infrastructure development in the District of Columbia. 

    Integrity monitor for the state of New Jersey

    As a trusted integrity monitor to the state of New Jersey (NJ) since 2013, CohnReznick is currently performing integrity monitoring services for the NJ Department of Education and the NJ Department of Community Affairs’ use of COVID-19 related federal funds. To date, the combined total funding for the monitored programs exceeds $4.5 billion.

    Delaware State Housing Authority

    CohnReznick is assisting the Delaware State Housing Authority to set up six distinct programs centered around affordable housing initiatives that are funded through the ARPA-SLFRF. Our role is to provide expertise on the structure and financing of affordable development programs/projects, regulations of SLFRF, and required program reporting.
