Glater has extensive public accounting experience auditing public SEC registrants and private companies in the real estate, hospitality, and technology industries. His public company experience involves serving companies of all sizes including those with revenues up to $14B and market cap up to $60B. Glater also has a deep background working with internal controls and SOX testing, identifying control gaps, evaluating deficiencies, and working with internal audit to help clients improve functional capabilities.

Before joining CohnReznick, Glater was a Senior Manager for a Big 4 firm where he helped successfully navigate his clients through numerous acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, public debt and securities offerings, and complex share-based compensation arrangements. He earned BS, Accountancy, and BS, Business Administration, degrees from California State University, Northridge. Glater is a licensed CPA and holds International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) accreditation.
