Bryan DaCanal joins CohnReznick as transaction advisory managing director
Bryan DaCanal joins CohnReznick as a Managing Director in the firm's Transaction Advisory Services practice.
New York, NY - September 30, 2026 - CohnReznick, a leading professional services firm, today announced that Bryan DaCanal has joined the firm as a Managing Director in its Transaction Advisory Services practice, based in West Palm Beach, Florida.
DaCanal specializes in financial and operational due diligence and advises private equity sponsors, strategic buyers, business owners, and investors on buy-side and sell-side transactions. He has advised on more than 225 transactions across a broad range of industries, including software, media and technology, business services, home services, franchisors and franchisees, manufacturing and distribution, and retail and consumer products.

DaCanal's experience includes financial and operational due diligence, quality of earnings analyses, working capital analysis and target determination, carve-outs, and the analysis of key performance indicators and synergies.

Prior to joining CohnReznick, DaCanal was a Director in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at a national professional services firm.
DaCanal earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Davidson College and a Master of Science in Accountancy from Wake Forest University School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina with Florida reciprocity and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
