How CohnReznick made each move matter in FY26
We generated $1.2 billion in revenue, an increase of $81 million or 7% year over year. Our growth was driven by deepening client relationships, expanding our breadth of services offered to existing clients, and attracting new clients in strategic markets. We also expanded our geographic footprint through new offices in San Francisco, Tallahassee, and Richmond; entered the Minnesota market through our combination with Smith Schafer & Associates; and strengthened our presence in Texas through our combination with Houston-based Ham, Langston & Brezina.
We use AI to help us deliver what clients need most: faster insight, earlier risk visibility, and greater confidence in important decisions. By combining intelligent technology with industry expertise, our teams can analyze information more effectively and provide guidance grounded in real-world context. Our Advisory, Assurance, and Tax teams are powered with AI tools to elevate how we work and add greater client value, with strong governance, data protection, and professional oversight that keeps human judgment at the center of every engagement.
Five industries posted double-digit growth: renewable energy (26%), private clients (18%), commercial real estate (16%), technology (16%), and financial services (15%). Affordable housing remained our largest industry practice at $423M, up 12%.
We promoted more than 700 professionals and 14 new partners and welcomed 25 lateral partners. Fortune has certified us as a Great Place to Work® for five consecutive years, and we were named among the Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services and Best Workplaces for Women.
