Moderator

Kevin P. Clancy, CPA, JD, CIRA, CFF, is CohnReznick's  Restructuring, Litigation & Transactional Services National Director, leading a group of professionals who help both buyers and sellers make informed risk/reward decisions. His team of highly skilled individuals counsels and helps prepare clients for the ultimate transaction: the sale of their business. He also engages in the financial and economic analysis of both distressed and healthy companies and provides advice to owners and management in turnaround and crisis situations.

Speakers

Sean Epps is a partner at Snow Phipps. He joined the firm in the year of its inception, and became a partner in 2007. Prior to joining Snow Phipps, he was a Principal of JP Morgan Partners, LLC, a global private equity firm. Previously, he was an associate with Paribas Principal Partners, the principal investing arm of BNP Paribas SA. Prior to that, Mr. Epps was in the Merchant Banking groups at the Chase Manhattan Bank N.A. and Banque Paribas.


Jeremy Swan is a principal with CohnReznick Advisory Group and a member of the Firm's Private Equity and Venture Capital Industry Practice. With more than 15 years of experience advising both emerging private companies and large corporations, Jeremy has experience working in investment banking and private equity and is an expert in mergers and acquisitions, IPO readiness, financing transactions, and operational and financial due diligence.
