Kelly A. Frank is a CohnReznick partner and the Firm’s Not-for-Profit and Education Industry Practice Leader. She has 20 years of diversified public accounting experience with an extensive focus on providing audit and accounting services to not-for-profit clients. These include professional associations, educational institutions, foundations, religious organizations, governmental entities, and social service agencies.

Kimberly Brandley is a partner with CohnReznick. With extensive experience in providing auditing, accounting, and consulting services to not-for-profit organizations, Kim leads the efforts of the Firm’s Not-for-Profit and Education Industry Practice in our New Jersey offices. Kim assists a wide variety of charitable and not-for-profit organizations to achieve their financial and operating objectives.

James Perrino is a partner in CohnReznick’s Not-for-Profit and Education Industry Practice. He has more than 20 years of experience working with not-for-profit and higher education organizations in the areas of finance, strategy, operations, and technology. In addition, earlier in his career, Jim held the position of senior vice president for Finance and Administration at St. John’s University.

Martha “Frannie” Reilly, Esq. is an attorney at Fox Rothschild LLP. As a member of Fox Rothschild’s Corporate Department, Frannie counsels nonprofit clients on corporate governance, corporate policies/best practices, compliance issues, and affiliations and alliances.  She also provides education and training to nonprofit board members on their fiduciary obligations and duties and, when requested, attends or facilitates board meetings.
