Timothy Garland, CPA, is a partner at CohnReznick and a member of the Technology and New Media and Manufacturing and Distribution Industry Practices in the New York office. He is also a member of the Public Company Audit Practice and Employee Benefit Plan Audit Practice. He provides audit, assurance, and accounting services to a wide variety of the firm’s clientele. 

Tim has more than a decade of experience in providing assurance and financial reporting services to clients ranging from startup to large multinational companies. His diverse industry experience includes working with both public and private companies based in the U.S. as well as those with international operations. He works closely with business owners and management teams seeking guidance on complex accounting issues including revenue recognition, debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and stock-based compensation.  

Within CohnReznick, Tim instructs various professional education courses and is involved in the mentoring and development of professional staff as well as recruiting.
