Peter Hodgson is a partner in the Bethesda office of CohnReznick and has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting for national, regional, and local firms. This experience includes extensive work with audit, accounting, and taxation engagements in various industries including real estate, not-for-profit, and employee benefit plans.

Peter is responsible for the conduct and management of cost certification audit engagements for mortgagors and contractors with government insured mortgages and low-income housing tax credit and historic tax credit cost certification audit engagements. He also consults on issues such as Section 42 compliance, debt service analysis, cash flow analysis, sale and acquisition of real estate projects, and compliance with HUD regulations. He performs tax planning services for individual and business clients, negotiation of fees for all billing and collections engagements, and new business development. Peter is an active member of the Bethesda Transportation Solutions Advisory Committee and the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce Community Development Committee.
