Following the success of CohnReznick’s Third Annual Liquidity and Capital Raising Forum, we are pleased to present a series of webinars that delve further into the topics of liquidity and capital raising.

Speakers

Jeremy Swan is a principal with CohnReznick Advisory Group and a member of the Firm's Private Equity and Venture Capital Industry Practice. With more than 15 years of experience advising both emerging private companies and large corporations, Jeremy has experience working in investment banking and private equity and is an expert in mergers and acquisitions, IPO readiness, financing transactions, and operational and financial due diligence.
 

Brent Solomon, is a Partner in CohnReznick’s Advisory Group and is the National Director for the Valuation Advisory Services’ (VAS) practice. VAS performs several hundred valuation and financial advisory engagements annually for mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity funding, buy/sell, equity-based compensation, financial reporting, estate and income tax purposes, litigation support, and strategic planning. He is a frequent lecturer on valuation/appraisal, business succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and ESOPs for industry groups, law firms, and financial institutions.

Michael Carter is the founding principal of Carter Morse & Mathias. Carter Morse & Mathias is an investment bank focused on maximizing shareholder value for their clients.  Michael  has been on the financial side of business from many perspectives: as a business founder, commercial lender, investment banker, board director, and business advisor. As a seasoned investment banker, he has advised on over 100 M&A and financing transactions.
