Roberta Aronoff is a director with CohnReznick Advisory Group who specializes in human resource consulting. Her experience includes the development and implementation of job descriptions, performance appraisal systems, pay administration processes, departmental policies and procedures, employee handbooks, compensation and benefit review studies, company-wide mentorship programs, and training and development programs on topics such as leadership training and HRIS systems.
Prior to joining CohnReznick, Roberta held key positions with a number of organizations, including Automatic Data Processing’s (ADP) southeast region, where she headed a variety of training functions concentrated in the company’s Employer Services Division. She also served as Director of Client Services for the company’s electronic funds transfer division where she was responsible for all aspects of internal and customer training.
As manager of decision support training for GTE Corporation, Roberta presided over state-of-the-art, computer-related global training initiatives. She was also with Arthur Young as manager of headquarters’ management information systems training, a function that supported the organization’s 50 offices within the continental United States, providing customized training and documentation for internally developed software applications.
