Ryan Moran is an audit director focusing on real estate limited partnerships, not-for-profit organizations, service organizations and entertainment clients. He has significant experience working with not-for-profit agencies subject to Yellow Book, OMB Uniform Guidance, and UFR audit requirements. He also advises on state production and film tax incentive programs for his entertainment clients.
Ryan’s real estate clients include numerous low-income housing tax credit properties subject to HUD and state regulatory requirements.
