Roberta Aronoff is a director with CohnReznick Advisory who specializes in non-profit trade association management. Her experience includes overall management of two major telecom trade associations, one international and the other US. She and her team are responsible for the day-to-day administration of the associations including site selection, planning and staffing up to ten conferences per year, support of all committees (membership, marketing, program, education, communications/technology, and benchmarking) and Boards of Directors, and all accounting-related requirements and website maintenance.
Before joining CohnReznick, Roberta held key positions with a number of organizations including Automatic Data Processing’s (ADP) southeast region, where she headed a variety of training functions concentrated in the company’s Employer Services Division. She also served as Director of Client Services for the company’s electronic funds transfer division where she was responsible for all aspects of internal and customer training.
As manager of decision support training for GTE Corporation, Roberta presided over state-of-the-art, computer-related global training initiatives. She was also with Arthur Young as manager of headquarters’ management information systems training, a function that supported the organization’s 50 offices within the continental United States, providing customized training and documentation for internally developed software applications.
