Chief Transformation Officer
Paul Gulbin serves as CohnReznick’s Chief Transformation Officer where he leads cross-functional efforts in delivering world-class client service and promoting future growth. Working with all key functions within the Firm - Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Administration - he is tasked with developing strategies and implementing programs that promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, efficiency, effectiveness, and positive business outcomes.
As the Transformation Office leader, Paul helps to drive change and fully align CohnReznick’s culture, structure, and talent with the Firm’s business strategy and value proposition to clients. This includes offering business-oriented and data-driven solutions to drive transformation agendas that achieve high impact, sustainable business results. Paul’s responsibilities include defining the Firm’s strategic priorities and executing transformation initiatives encompassing go-to-market, client segmentation, demand generation, industry programs, account and relationship management, sales enablement, operational excellence, and profitability enhancement.
Prior to joining CohnReznick, Paul was a North America Digital Practice Leader at Capgemini where he was responsible for top-line growth, digital capability enhancement, and digital solution platform offerings. He has over 20 years of blue-chip consulting experience advising companies on innovation, growth, profitability and operational strategies.
