Kevin DeLuise is a director with CohnReznick Advisory. He has more than 25 years of experience providing accounting and financial advisory services to corporations and creditors of underperforming and distressed companies. He specializes in operational restructuring, interim management, and litigation consulting in financial forensics.
Kevin has represented clients in a broad range of industries including asset-based lending, distribution, healthcare, hospitality, investment companies, real estate, retail, securities, technology, and telecommunications. His restructuring experience includes bankruptcy planning and implementation, cash forecasting and credit management, claims management, Section 363 asset sales, debtor in possession loans facilities, preparation and negotiation of plan of reorganization and disclosure statement, and testimony in bankruptcy court.
Having served as an interim chief financial officer and controller, Kevin is an experienced professional with C- level credentials and leadership experience in financial accounting and operations management. This experience includes assisting parties in interest and their counsel with litigation support in cases involving damage assessment, business operations, solvency analysis, fraudulent conveyance, forensic accounting, and fraud investigation. Kevin’s transaction advisory service experience includes financial due diligence, acquisition due diligence, transaction integration, asset divestiture, and corporate wind-down services.
