Kelly A. Frank
Kelly Frank is a partner in CohnReznick’s Not-for-Profit and Education Industry practice. She has almost 20 years of diversified public accounting experience with an extensive background in providing audit and accounting services to not-for-profit clients including professional associations, educational institutions, foundations, religious organizations, governmental entities, and social service agencies. Kelly’s experience in working with not-for-profit entities includes OMB Circular A-133 audits, audit of pension plans, 5500 filings, and implementing the audit and tax guidelines for not-for-profit agencies.
Kelly has also been the audit manager for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and has developed knowledge in the various accounting and auditing aspects of the engagement.
Kelly serves as the Treasurer, Vice President, and Chair of the Finance Committee for the Mental Health Association of Essex County, New Jersey and is a board member of the Tri-County Scholarship Fund and for Caucus Educational Corporation (CEC). She also serves on the finance committee for Joe Torre’s Safe at Home Foundation and was appointed to the Financial Accounting Standard Board’s (FASB) Not-for-Profit Advisory Committee (NAC).
