Eddie Delgado is a principal with CohnReznick, based in the Los Angeles office. With more than 20 years of experience in state and local tax matters, he leads the Firm’s State and Local Tax (SALT) Practice on the West Coast. Eddie provides a full range of SALT services including tax return review, tax research, preparation of technical memorandums, drafting client correspondence, and counseling clients in defending against state audits and pursuing refunds.
Eddie lends his expertise through authored articles for the Journal of Taxation and through speaking engagements for such organizations as the USC Gould School of Law Tax Institute, the Council of State Taxation, Financial Executives International, and the Valley Industry & Commerce Association. Additionally, since 2003, Eddie has taught SALT courses and tax research courses for the Master of Taxation program at Cal State Fullerton. He is also a facilitator of various continuing professional education-approved courses for accounting and law professionals on state and local tax issues.
Prior to joining CohnReznick, Eddie provided SALT services for mid-sized and Fortune 1000 companies while with Big 4 and national firms. He has earned the Certified Member of the Institute (CMI) designation from the Institute for Professionals in Taxation.
