Kevin Clancy Appointed Co-Chair of the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 10th Annual Mid-Atlantic Bankruptcy Workshop
Kevin Clancy, CohnReznick Advisory Group Partner and Restructuring, Litigation, and Transactional Advisory National Director, has been appointed by the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) as a co-chair for its 10th Annual Mid-Atlantic Bankruptcy Workshop, which will be held at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay in Cambridge, MD, from July 31 – August 2, 2014.
Kevin has worked alongside the rest of the event’s advisory board to ensure that the workshop provides substantive takeaways for all in attendance. Its itinerary includes an exciting array of timely topics, experienced speakers, and insightful sessions – including Ethics Issues in Bankruptcy Litigation, Redux: Who’s Suing Whom?, an expert panel discussion featuring Cliff Zucker, CohnReznick Advisory Group Partner. The panel will analyze due diligence requirements before bringing suits, suits or demands made for leverage, asserting claims in excess of estate value, and ethics complaints and litigation advantages.

About Kevin Clancy and Clifford Zucker
Kevin leads Restructuring, Litigation, and Transactional Advisory Services at CohnReznick. In this role, he provides financial advisory and litigation support services specializing in the areas of bankruptcy, debt restructuring, and investigative and forensic accounting. He engages in the financial and economic analysis of insolvent and troubled companies, provides advice in turnaround and crisis situations, counsels purchasers in the acquisition of assets within the bankruptcy arena, and provides expert advice to parties in both civil and criminal litigation matters.
Cliff is a partner with CohnReznick Advisory Group who specializes in restructuring and litigation Services. Cliff’s extensive experience in the healthcare arena has included working with hospitals, nursing homes, senior living facilities, and physician practices. Cliff has spoken before numerous professional organizations on healthcare related topics. e recently served as the Co-Chair for the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) Health Care Committee and was an editor for the recently published third edition of the ABI Health Care Insolvency Manual.
He represents financially troubled companies, receivers, examiners, court-appointed trustees, and unsecured and secured creditors during workout, turnaround, and bankruptcy situations. He has also served as a court-appointed chief restructuring officer, liquidating supervisor, trustee, or plan administrator in numerous matters.
