Keith Denham to Join CohnReznick as Managing Principal and National Director of CohnReznick Advisory Group

New York, NY – CohnReznick, the 10th largest accounting, tax, and advisory firm in the U.S., has announced that Keith Denham will join the Firm as Managing Principal and National Director of CohnReznick Advisory Group on August 4, 2014. Keith will be succeeding Anthony Zecca, who retires at the end of this year after leading the advisory services arm of the Firm for over 30 years. Keith has a 20-year career in advisory and consulting roles with Deloitte where he most recently served as Retail and Consumer Products Advisory Services Leader. Prior to that, he was the Northeast Region Advisory Services Leader serving a broad array of industries.

Specializing in information technology, governance, risk management, cybersecurity, and finance transformation, Keith has worked with companies of all sizes to address the ever changing, and increasingly complex, challenges they face. He has led projects in over 20 countries and as a thought leader in risk management and regulatory compliance, he has facilitated knowledge sharing sessions for large and small organizations, as well as numerous industry conferences.

Keith will be based in the Firm’s Boston office where he lives and is very active in the community. He has held leadership roles, led pro-bono projects, or dedicated his time as a volunteer to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center Board of Overseers, Year Up, City Year, Governor Deval Patrick’s Health and Wellness Advisory Board, the Massachusetts Comprehensive Cancer Advisory Committee, and the Salvation Army. Keith was also previously honored by the Boston Business Journal with their 40 Under 40 award.
